Hey!

Things this week were really good here. For sure the best part of the week was the baptism of J.  She is so awesome.  I have really never met someone who is so truly converted.  But, I will try to go through the week first.
On Tuesday, we had District Meeting, and then we also had J's baptismal interview.  Which went really good.  The Zone Leaders (Elder B who I worked with and Elder N) came to do that and so it was cool.  We drove our car up there, which we are sorely missing, which was fun.  I know that I have said this before, but our cars here are so terrible.  And J lives at the top of a really big hill, so that was interesting.  We are still trying to figure out how we will be getting around this transfer, we think there is a ticket for all of the buses and trains in the area, so that would be nice.
On Wednesday we met with F, our cool Romanian investigator, and then also with the Es.  I don't know if I have told about them or now, but it is a mother and her twelve year old son.  He's really shy, and we are helping him to do more with the young men activities in the ward.  So, we played soccer with them which was interesting... You know how much I love soccer... But it was actually pretty fun.
On Thursday, was transfer day.  And so to be totally honest, not a whole lot happened.  We ended up missing a train because our other one was delayed, and then it ended up being that we were on trains all day from 10 in the morning to 8:15 at night.  Not a whole lot happened.  It was also a little sad because Elder C left.  It will be weird without him.  And so we are going to miss him, but it will be good for us too, and for him as well.  That's kind of how it goes on a mission, you are always saying good bye to people and so that's tough, but not a whole lot that you can do about it.

We also helped our Ward Mission Leader move out.  He's a Canadian.  And he is a Tagg.  His dad was there helping him move too.  Turns out he knows dad.  His name is Jim Tagg.  Small world eh?  So after that, we didn't really do too much because we didn't have a whole lot of time.
On Saturday was the baptism and it was awesome.  The members were really great, and it was in a beautiful place.  I will try to send a picture of it later.  I took some, but the computer here is being strange...
Things here are doing good.  I am always amazed with how fast time goes on a mission and how much I am loving it.  Things with Elder N are also going good. This week we are going to Zurich for a meeting, so that will also be a lot of fun to see a lot of missionaries, and to go into Switzerland a bit more.
I should probably run.  Sorry this letter is so short.  I love you guys a lot.  Cool to hear about all the changes going on at home.I love you guys a lot!

Sincerely,

Elder Connor J. Thompson
